Penelope Baby Sweater
This is my first and probably last clothing pattern. I made it for my cousin's
newborn for Christmas. I call it the Penelope sweater, not because that's her name, but because of all the unraveling I had to do to make sure I had enough yarn (including the sacrifice of one of my stuffed animals' legs). Whether or not it will actually fit her is debatable: my grandmother thinks it's better suited for a doll. But the baby's mother thinks it may fit. I wasn't there, otherwise I would've made them try it on her right away. But we'll see--and you can always add or subtract rows depending on your baby's measurements (and add and subtract stitches as well, if you're having a width problem). Hope it works out okay! And if you try it on a baby, take pictures so I can see!

Vaporeon
Vaporeon
After making the two Eeveelutions available online from WolfDreamer's Umbreon I decided I wanted one of my own. With that said, I made my Vaporeon and WolfDreamer has given me permission to link to her pattern. The head, body and legs are the same as for Umbreon, please go to the above link to see the instructions and her many other awesome Pokemon amigurumi patterns on her blog. Finishing
Make eyes as shown--I used stick on felt, but glue also works.
You can also embroider a mouth, but I’m not very good at embroidery and he looked cuter without it.

Koromon Pattern
My first pattern! It's not the best, but I hope I'll improve as I go along. This is actually the second one of him I made; when I get the picture of the first version, I'll replace it, since it's much cuter. But, without further ado, here's Koromon!
Materials: Worsted weight yarn, 1 skein pink (I just used a yarn from my 99 cent store)
Size H hook
Instructions
Body
Ch 3, 7 sc in 3rd chain from hook, place marker
Rnd 2: 2sc in each sc, 14 st
Rnd 3: 2sc in each sc, 28 st
Rnd 4: sc in each sc
Repeat Rnd 4 until he looks wide enough
Next Rnd: sc in 1st st, *sc dec in next 2 sts, sc in next st, repeat from * (Begin stuffing, if you haven’t already)
Repeat for next two rows
Decrease around until there are only a couple stitches left, crochet together and fasten off

Ears (Make 2)
Ch 6 sc in first ch st, *2 sc in next st, sc in next st, repeat from * fasten off
Ch 6 sc in first ch st, *2 sc in next st, sc in next st, repeat from * fasten off
Face: Draw on felt (I used stick on, but you can just use regular) eyes and mouth--I have a Digimon How to Draw book, so I based mine on that, but you can just find a picture online or make up one of your on
Sew on ears, weave in all ends, attach face. Finished!
